Mauritania, Stephan, and Rad went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was well cared for the entire time. The hotel industry really needs more people like them. They truly exemplify what customer service is all about. "

"We stayed 4 nights arriving on Sunday. We had booked Sunday lunch and too be honest my beef lunch was not good especially the price you pay for it, but everything else about the stay was fantastic. The staff are brilliant and our room was perfect and spotless, we will definitely be staying again. "
