Grandview #626 - This luxury condo is a beautifully appointed, second floor waterfront condo.  Savor a cup of morning coffee or an evening beverage from your private balcony while you take in the spectacular views of the pristine water and surrounding mountains.

Enjoy a King bed in the private bedroom, a full bath, full kitchen with breakfast bar, indoor and outdoor dining, and a queen sofa-sleeper and Murphy bed in the spacious living room. 

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October but dates may vary based on weather. 

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Couldn't be in a better location however it was insanely expensive and the pool was a lot smaller than I thought it would be. My kids loved it but I didn't want to go in it was really cloudy and kind of gross. The lake was way clearer

After staying the weekend I was charged $500 because “pet hair and animal toys” were found on the furniture. I’m allergic to dogs. My sister has two kids under the age of 2. To top it off Claudia at the front desk was completely rude and hung up on me.

The unit was fairly clean but rather dark and poorly lit. The overall property was not well maintained and the common areas were dirty. We had been looking forward to using the hot tub, since the weather was chilly. No luck there as it wasn’t hot and the jets were not working.

Two mothers getting away for a little wine tasting in Chelan. Enjoyed staying at this property. All rooms were up to date and clean. We had plenty of clean linens and comfy beds. View was nice too.
