Wapato Point Resort is located in the heart of Washington on the pristine shores of Lake Chelan. The 116 acre resort amenities include for your use: Indoor/Outdoor pools, sandy beach waterfront, boat moorage, on-site watercraft rentals, mini golf, tennis/pickleball courts, exercise room, Wapato Point Cellars Restaurant/wine bar & more.
Halmalka 514B is a spacious duplex townhouse condo with beautiful lake views and 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms (sleeps 8). NEW Carpet & Flooring in February 2025 (updated pictures attached). This condo is located next to the outdoor pool, across the street from Wapato Point Cellars Restaurant & Wine Bar, 1 block to heated indoor pool, hot tub, exercise facility, tennis courts and 2-3 blocks to sandy beach waterfront and downtown Manson amenities.

We’ve stayed in many Halmalka units over the years and 514B is definitely our favorite. Super clean, well stocked and comfortable beds. I highly recommend!
We loved our stay at this house! It was perfect for my family and in-laws, the pool is only a 2 minute walk away and the great beach at Wapato Point Resort is nearby as well.
Beautifully updated condo with ample space and amenities. Great location, quiet surroundings- we enjoyed our week during an off time for this area. We plan to return
This is our first time staying at Wapato Point for our annual family vacation in Lake Chelan. The Condo fit our family perfectly and the location was convenient for everything we wanted to do!
We enjoyed our long weekend in Manson and staying at Wapato Point. The unit has an semi obstructed view of the lake, but certainly nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. The family room was relaxing. The bedrooms and bathrooms met our expectations and needs. We walked the property on the lake. It was a 15 minute walk to wine tasting and coffee. We enjoyed our stay.
This was an excellent stay for a family of four. This was one of the most well appointed VRBO's we have ever stayed in. No detail was missed. It was clean and had everything we could think of needed for our weeks stay. Would book again without hesitation.
We loved our unit. It surpassed expectations and was perfect for our group of 8. We enjoyed the beach, pool and pickle ball courts. We will definitely be back!
Condo was very comfortable, well stocked, beautiful view and very comfortable!
We so enjoyed our stay. 6-7 adults at one time and everyone enjoyed their stay. The one bathroom downstairs was a bit hard to share with 4-5 adults but we managed. The condo was very nice and super comfortable. Patio, deck and downstairs patio were so nice to have and green space in back perfect for games. Pool was short walk and restaurant was too. Played pickle ball which was so much fun! Family had fabulous time!
We had a great time at the condo, it was very clean and was quite roomy. It has a great view as well. We enjoyed how close it is to so many wineries/restaurants. The indoor pool and gym were closed due to repairs which was disappointing as we were very much depending on the gym. We did not receive any refund/ discount due to the lack of amenities that were originally stated. Overall we had a great stay and Bonnie was very communicative!
Hamalka —The interior is becoming dated but it is still very comfortable . The kitchen is very well stocked . The closest outdoor pool was very clean and great for teaching little people how to swim— no more than 5’ at deepest.
The one aggravating disappointment was notification a week or so before our stay that the indoor pool and exercise area would be closed for maintenance. Wildfire smoke has become more and more an August issue in the area— it was unhealthy to hazardous air quality so not being able to use the indoor pool and exercise area amenities really limited and affected us for 2 full days of our 6 day vacation.
This is a great condo! It has been updated and is fully equipped for any group. The kitchen has absolutely anything you may need. We would absolutely love to stay here again!
Condo was super clean and well stocked. Linens were crisp and seemed brand new and the beds were the most comfortable beds out of all chelan places we’ve rented from. Bonnie, the property manager, is fantastic. I only rent condos that Bonnie manages. We would definitely rent this condo again.
