Wonderful home

This is a great house for a family or small group. Lots of relaxing space including a balcony & lower deck. Basement TV room was awesome for our teenager. We would stay here again!

Nice quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed our walks throughout area. House worked perfectly for our stay. Clean and we enjoyed the decks. Nice beds, my parents said upstairs king bed was best they have slept in.

We had an amazing stay. The house was situated in a cute, quiet neighborhood that was so close to everything. We are foodies and while it was great exploring all Chattanooga has to offer we also were able to make meals at the house. Kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable the house literally was our home away from home. Ethan was very responsive to any questions and had great recommendations. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful Clean Home & Exceptional Host

Ethan was a gracious and super responsive host. The home was perfect for our party of two couples with private bedrooms/bathrooms on each level. The kitchen was stocked better than most short-term rentals and entire home was clean. The back decks are a quiet and peaceful spot to relax, read and enjoy a glass of wine. This is an exceptional location for exploring downtown Chattanooga and the surrounding mountains for hiking & waterfall hunting. Would definitely rent again!

This is definitely a 5 star property. Nicely appointed and clean. It is in a quiet, quaint neighborhood that is close to everything North Chattanooga has to offer. Downtown is a quick ten minute drive. The property has everything you need to relax and enjoy your trip. We would definitely stay again.

Pros: The house was clean and nicely decorated. The host was accessible. TVs, nice bathrooms, lighting etc.Cons: There were no blankets, only a flat sheet and coverlet. It was a rainy cold day. The house has many windows so it was cold interior also. I keep my house on 68, at home. It was cooler than 68.The kitchen is poorly equipped with silverware, S&P , sugar for coffee or creamer packs if you use creamer.

Please replace the brew basket in your Kerig coffeemaker and toss all the coffee cups because of chipping! Otherwise our stay was very nice! Instead of having the 7 as planned we only had 5. Thank you
