Spacious North Shore Bungalow @ Coolidge Park

  • This location cannot be beat! Right in the heart of North Shore. It is one block to Frazier Ave, which boasts many unique boutiques, restaurants, and bars. A short walk across the walking bridge is the downtown area. This historic bungalow is quiet and pleasant set back away from the road, with many stairs to the front door. 3 queen size beds and a couch, 6 sleep easily in 3 private rooms. There is an additional rental apartment "upstairs" that is rented to a full-time tenant with the only shared space being the walkway up to the house. This location is perfect for kids as Coolidge Park is a 3 min walk to the splash pad, Merry Go Round, and artisan music maker. Many race participants enjoy this location as it is also a short walk to most of the start lines. This location is next door to VRBO Listing #138646 and #421598. If you are having any problems finding a location please ask. We know many hosts with listings.
