Recently purchased, extremely successful, and highly reviewed townhouse. Previous owner/host had a 4.9 average and over 100 reviews. This townhouse is 3 stories, with the main living space located on the second level and bedrooms on the third level. → Walkable to shopping, restaurants, and nightlife → Both bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms → 4 cruiser bikes for your use during your stay → Bike Score 90 (flat with bike paths) → Sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress → Garage storage for your outdoor gear → 2 private balconies → Free kayak rentals from L2 Outdoors The space Arriving early and need to drop off luggage? Let us know as you can access the garage for luggage storage until the townhouse is ready for your visit. Main floor: open dining room, living room, kitchen, balcony Upper floor: 2 bedrooms, laundry, a workspace, & balcony First floor: main entrance, garage → Located in Southside Chattanooga We've partnered with L2 Outside to provide you with a free rental of 2 watercraft. They offer the use of stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, and tandem kayaks. Rentals are for 1-2 hours down the Tennessee River. Rentals are weather and water conditions permitting. Guest access The entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. Plus, you have off-street parking for your convenience. The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details. We are owner operated! No meeting for keys just arrive at the townhouse! Please note: All guests must be 25 or older, except those accompanied by their parents. Other things to note Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Some of our favorite neighborhood restaurants: Hello Monty, Hi-Fi Clyde’s, Alleia, and STIR (the list could go on and on). HOUSE RULES \-Quiet Hours 11pm-8am. If you are a night owl, this property is not for you. \-Please review all of check-in and check-out procedures. \-Maximum number of guests is 6\. Do not bring more guests than are on your reservation or you will be asked to leave. \-No smoking of any kind, illegal substance, and illegal activity of any kind are prohibited. Evidence of prohibited activities will result in fines and/or law enforcement. An $800 cleaning fine will be required for any kind of smoking in the property. \-No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in cancellation of the reservation, immediate removal from the property, and additional charges for cleaning and any damage incurred. \-No parties. If you plan to use this cabin to party, it is not the cabin for you. If you host a party, you will be asked to leave and an additional cleaning fee will be required at $100 per hour to clean after your party. \-Please follow check-out instructions. As our guests, we try to keep it simple and only ask that you put away anything you use, wash any dishes you use, take out excess trash, and start the dishwasher. \-No food in bedrooms. The owner/property manager was a great communicator-timely and thorough. The accommodations were up and above expected-it was super clean, incredibly inviting, easy to get to, great parking, perfect location for navigating to places we wanted to visit in Chattanooga. I went biking everyday (had my own e-bike, but 4 bikes were provided if needed). We took a riverboat ride, went to tow truck museum and played unlimited pinball. Everything just a short distance away including a fantastic coffee shop in easy walking distance. We loved it and will gladly recommend to others as well as stay ourselves should we come back. The hosts were great, the home was clean, and location was close to everything we wanted to see. We enjoyed the record collection- specifically Wet Willie greatest hits-haha! Everything was exactly as represented, and we immediately noticed that it even smelled clean. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We could not have picked a better location to stay during our vacation in Chattanooga. It was conveniently located for all of our activities, and there are several amazing restaurants very close by. Location was everything! You must visit Mad Priest Coffee House on the corner. Pizza Bros is across the street and was delicious. We ate at Mean Mug Coffee House the 2nd day. Also a must. This place is 5 star as advertised, the pictures don't lie. Clean and modern, it is more roomy than we anticipated, and yet cozy and comfortable at the same time. We loved all the windows for great views and loads of daylight. We walked everywhere and felt safe! Kitchen has everything you need. TVs are ROKU, so just sign in and start watching. Check in was smooth. There was coffee provided that was greatly appreciated! Beds were great, balconies were great, location was great. The only thing that might be noted is there is a commercial property next door that has pick up trucks that leave early. The home is located near great local restaurants, the aquarium , and the riverfront. There are two brand new grocery stores nearby- one is in walking distance. We took a family bike ride to Walnut Street Bridge which was absolutely beautiful!! I highly recommend it. I’m so grateful for the bikes that were in the garage. Lastly, Scottie’s on the River restaurant which is nearby has beautiful views and the food was great! I highly recommend staying at this property! My husband and our friends were doing the big race. This place was perfect! Great location to downtown. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts were fantastic. They touched base with us to see if we needed anything. They had a very helpful "house manual" that tells you everything you need to know about the house and surrounding area. We decided to rent on vrbo for a change and this rental was so nice to stay at and our daughter was able to stay with us. We felt right at home. We were there for just one night, so did not use the kitchen to cook. We would have loved to have played the board games or listen to the record albums had we stayed longer. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean. There was coffee at our disposal for the morning. We didn’t have to worry about a thing, which was so nice! We will definitely be back! The townhouse was so easy to find, we literally got off the highway and made two right turns and we were there! The unit is right on the edge of downtown and we easily walked to many of the restaurants and train station-such a great location and surprisingly quiet! It was nice to have a driveway big enough for two cars with the house, but there was always parking along the street as well. This house was very comfortable-lots of stairs and we’re older so we did leave our bags on the main floor (there’s a bench in the dinning area that served this purpose great), but the stairs ended up being fine and we recognized the beneficial exercise 😁. Everything was clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. Both bedrooms had nice beds/bedding, both had en suits and one had a balcony overlooking the street with a side view of the mountains and sunsets-very nice! We had a great time in Chattanooga-it was a very cool city and we’d certainly stay at Bradley’s townhouse again! ##### Cindy N.
