Cozy 2 bedroom private entire house, recently renovated. A great place to call home for any amount of time. It is conveniently located, in a central part of Chattanooga, close to everything! It is less than 4 miles from the Walnut Street walking bridge on the river, very close to North Shore, and downtown Chattanooga.
The space
It has a rustic look with a modern touch, with the brick and natural hard wood floors.
This home features a finished basement with an at home gym! It has the essentials for working out such as, a treadmill, floor mats, a jump rope, workout bands, 5lb & 10lb dumbbells. Washer and dryer are in the finished basement along with the home gym!
Our listing also has a quiet backyard with a fire pit! Plenty of room to play fetch with your dog! Not to mention the front porch patio, perfect for enjoying the beautiful Chattanooga weather.
You will have access to: - the kitchen - a dining room table just next to the kitchen - It has high-speed wireless internet. As well as a 55in Flat Screen TV with Roku and access to YouTube TV (Cable alternative with 70+ channels), Netflix, Disney +, & Peacock!
We have a fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils needed for basic cooking, and BRAND NEW appliances!
