  • Come be our guest in North Chattanooga! Luxury studio with a private entrance that is located one mile outside of the heart of all that downtown Chattanooga has to offer. This renovated space includes a Queen bed, twin bed ( plus pull out trundle) with 1 full bath. Kitchenette featuring sink, microwave, toaster oven and dishware. This unit is located next to the entrance to Stringers Ridge Trail so bring your bikes and enjoy all our town has to offer. Reserved parking space for 1 car.

Wonderful short vacation

My family and I stayed here for the weekend to take our two children to the aquarium, the property was just as described and in a perfect location! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Chattanooga!

Enjoyed our time here. Just perfect for a small family group. We really just needed the spot for a place to sleep but it is in a great location and the neighborhood is developing.

Good Location!

We spent two days visiting Chattanooga, and the location made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Some reviews mentioned the traffic being a little noisy, but we did not experience this. The place was nice and as advertised. We will stay here again when visiting.

A quiet Week

We needed to be in Chattanooga to deal with some family business and needed a quiet place to rest as the entire situation was a bit stressful. This apartment worked perfectly. Clean as a pin, spacious, centrally located, everything we needed.

Uniquely different

The apartments/bed-and-breakfast was located, and a beautiful old brick building close to UTC and downtown Chattanooga on the side of a ridge. A large space that was homey and relaxing.

Cute and generously sized rental. Helpful and nice hosts and everything was neat, tidy, and clean. Be careful when parking though, driveway is at a very steep angle with a large lip roadside.

Perfect for a weekend

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and calming. The kitchen was small, but as I was only staying there while bopping out to do things, it was not an issue. The bed was very comfortable, and the addition of the white noise machine made it hard to get up in the morning 😆 The place was great. I would highly recommend it for single or couples.

What a gem!

We had a wonderful long weekend in this spacious condo..We visit this city frequently and this was one of the best locations we have stayed in terms of proximity/accessibility to restaurants, riverfront, etc. It was very nice, clean condo and the layout was very relaxing. Brad was very accommodating and extremely responsive. The only down side was the late night traffic from the road outside, if you are a light sleeper you might want to have your white noise on. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay,

Wonderful CHA North Shore Stay!

This charming little apartment feels like a welcoming home. From tasteful decor to a great kitchenette, the property was a wonderful short stay for our wedding anniversary trip! Brad and his wife did an awesome job of making the sleeping area quiet with a noise machine and soundproofing, so road noise at night was kept to a minimum. The shower was just like what I would want in my home, and I took some notes for a remodel. Brad was both responsive and friendly! If you want simple, healthy meals, Vibrant Meals is a short walk down the street, and we were glad we discovered it! We cooked a meal from there in the electric skillet and it was a perfect dinner. Would highly recommend!

Christmas weekend

The house was super adorable and very very clean. It was so much bigger than I was expecting. It was perfect for my husband who cannot stay at my mom’s house due to cat allergies. It was a great location to north shore side of Chattanooga and close to everything downtown. Lots of food nearby and fun postings for those looking to explore around Chattanooga. The rental was spacious and had everything you could need for a good weekend getaway. My husband slept on the bed in the living room so he could watch that TV and said it slept really well. The shower was great and really spacious as well. The property manager communicating excellently and got me all the information ahead of time and was easy to talk to about early check in and what was available. Would highly recommend any family and friends to stay here when coming to Chattanooga!

Secluded studio

Very nice layout and super clean! Close to center city and the river. We are older so the steps going in we’re a little dicey with luggage. I would suggest more lighting definitely on stairs and deck. Parking lot is very tight when full with Hair salon employees. At night very quiet except cars going thru tunnel which is right outside of bedroom windows. Nicely decorated but need darker curtains in bedroom. There is plenty of room inside and the entire studio is newly done!
