Biohazard Cleaning Fee: For health and safety, a $100 cleaning fee will apply if vomit, fecal matter, blood, or other bodily fluids are documented by the cleaners on floors, bedding, furniture, or in common areas. Very peaceful! All you need for comfort. Great napping spot on the porch! Great AC! Easy to get to coffee shops and restaurants. Lots of families in surrounding homes so it’s very quiet. ##### Wendy G. Everything was clean and simple (check in/check out). The house is close enough to everything so you can be pretty much anywhere in Chattanooga within 15-20 minutes. I admit that as I approached the house the neighborhood doesn't look as "marketable" as I hoped but I talked with a couple of the neighbors and everyone was friendly and welcoming. The communication, checkin, and check out were beyond perfect. I often choose a place because it's better than a hotel but often the process is insuffereable - this felt like a hotel checkin/check out - very simple and no list of chores like other places I have stayed. ##### Tom W.
