Getting Around: Located in the heart of downtown Southside Chattanooga, our home is steps away from the best restaurants and bars that the city has to offer. Safe and free parking for up to 3 cars, you can easily make your way everywhere on foot or get a fast and cheap Uber/Lyft/City Bike where ever you need to go. Other Things to Note: We wish you a beautiful stay filled with magical moments :) FAQ: "What kind of levels/stairs does the house have?" • Stairs are required since home has two stories. Cardio makes us live longer, isn't it simply wonderful :) If you can't do stairs, don't book! "Can I have more details on the home layout?" • The home is two stories, you can park less than 20 feet from the front door. • The first floor includes kitchen, dining room, living room (Large TV, wood burning fire), half bath, laundry room and indoor/outdoor game room (converted garage with foosball and billiards). 8-person U-shaped couch in living room sleeps 1-2 more <6'2" adults (not a pullout sofa). • Second floor features 3 bedrooms: King, King, Queen. Bedroom 1 (King) is the primary suite with en-suite dual-sink, and the shower and closet are walk-ins (bathroom 1). Detached full bath (bathroom 2) with shower/tub combo located next to bedroom 2 (King) and bedroom 3 (Queen). TV's in each bedroom. Spacious balconies attached to each bedroom. "Do you have parking?" • Yes, we have free street parking located right out front with additional parking anywhere on our street. "Are you near a train?" • Like many Downtown homes, there is an active train line nearby. Most guests are not bothered, and we provide white noise machines and complimentary earplugs in each bedroom, just in case. HOUSE RULES: • There is a Pet Fee of $40 per pet per night — pet approval required in advance (<25 lbs preferred, DM us to ask for exceptions) • No persons allowed on property who are not accounted for in reservation. • No smoking anywhere on property. • No unauthorized parties at our property. Mom dad grandma and family, and even a friend stayed with us throughout the week we were there. Plenty of room for all of us. We brought bins of wedding decor and dresses with us so it was a fabulous spot for us to organize it all for the wedding and still feel like we had room to eat and relax. There was train noise some evenings, but they provided earplugs and sound machines and honestly we came to like it. It was kinda soothing. Nice house, 2 of the televisions did not work, sink and bath backed up, the property owner said she would refund my cleaning fee but has NOT as of yet. The ad says 4 bedrooms but only has 3, the white shower curtain was pink with FUNK, no wood for fireplace, the beds WERE very comfy, way too many fees, not at all what i expected for 3 nights at $$$$ a lot this site will not allow me to put the amount i was charged, i will not do this again, i apologize if this has offened any one but it was just to nasty for me!!!! Many things to do in Chattanooga. Very spacious and all amenities. My only concerns would be if you’re a light sleeper. The beds were cozy, and the large master bathroom was lovely. My one confusion is that the listing says there are 5 beds, but there are only 3 beds (2 kings and 1 queen). The couch is definitely not the type of couch you could sleep on, and it is not a fold out bed. There were 5 of us staying at the house on a girls' weekend, so we just shared beds, and it was no issue. I would not recommend this house for more than 5-6 guests though. ##### Sara R. Quiet, friendly neighbors...they were very helpful! Beds are super comfy! House is very nice as were the owners. Only one issue...upon check-in, we were given no code to access the house. It was very cold and windy, we were all tired, needed the restroom, and I could not reach the owners. I tried multiple times. Even VRBO tried to no avail. We met some neighbors who tried to contact the owners, and even the president of the HOA got involved. About 90 minutes later, we were about to go find a hotel, when we finally got the code.
