Great Weekend!
This house was great and had everything we needed for a fun girls' weekend. I was pleased to find that the house was very clean and the beds were comfy. We had to change our original reservation date and the host was very accommodating. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

Great house in the perfect location!
The house is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. Perfect size for our family of 4 adults. We loved that it was in a quiet area, up the mountain a bit, but close enough to stores and restaurants. Chattanooga was only 20 minutes away and it was a 30-minute drive to the "tourists spots" on Lookout Mountain (Ruby Falls, Rock City, Incline Railway). Wendy made the check-in process so simple, and we didn't have any issues while we were there. We would definitely stay at this house again if we were back in the area.

Lovely home from home
The property was exactly as advertised and just what we needed for as a home base for a trip to visit family in the area. This is a comfortable and spotless home in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything we needed was there: a lot of thought and love has gone into this property. Wendy was pleasant and communicative in our virtual interactions but the house is so well laid-out and all the information and instructions provided so clear that there was not a lot of call to bother her. Would recommend for any family looking for a home away from home in this area.

Great place to stay
This property is super clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood away from the craziness of the 127 yard sale! We would stay here again if we came back to Signal Mountain.

Christmas Family Vacation
House was lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed the views driving up the mountain to the house and it was just far enough outside of town to be a quiet get away.
