Lively 5 bd 2 1/2 bth pet friendly home minutes from downtown. GAME ROOM 🎱

The home is uniquely setup. There are 2 floors that are completely separate from each other but easily accessible to interact. There are NO INTERIOR STAIRS connecting the 2 floors.Each floor has their own kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedrooms, and dining room. NO INTERIOR STAIRS CONNECT THE 2 SPACES. We do not split up the 2 units so it’s the perfect set up for multiple families and friends. The upstairs has 3 bdr, 1 1/2 bath, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, office, and sitting area with roku tvs in each bedroom and a 75 inch in the open concept area. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms,1 bath, kitchen, laundry, dining area, It also has a pool table and foosball table in the game room with roku tvs in each bedroom and living area as well. This home is huge but still cozy and full of southern charm. It easily sleeps 11 adults in an actual bed , not a couch or blow up mattress situation. Kids and adults can enjoy this property. We have games and toys for all ages. Huge yard space with the back yard completely fenced. Please disclose if bringing a pet and add them to your reservation. We have a fire pit with wood inside and covered, extra wood is stored under the deck stairs. We also have a charcoal grill. Huge deck with 2 levels and oversized stairs leading right into the back yard. There is a 2nd deck on the side entrance from the gravel. Lots of parking areas on both sides of the property. Please do not park on the street. Quiet corner double lot with mature trees.

The host, Dionne, was very responsive to inquiries before and during the whole process of renting this location. She added a nice touch with a personal note on the white board upon arrival welcoming us and had some snacks in the kitchen as well as a good supply of Keurig cups.

This is a great place to spend a weekend. It is in a good location and the neighborhood is quiet. You can tell that the owner has done a lot to make the house a comfortable place to stay.

Family Wedding Trip

Needed a large space for my family to stay for a wedding. This house was off the beaten path but it was easy to get around to where we wanted to go. Extremely clean and well kept with easy check in and check out.

Fun House for kids

This house was amazingly well stocked and clean. Lots of space and bedrooms. We were unfortunately there during a tropical storm so we didn't get to enjoy everything to the fullest like the outdoor space, but it was very nice. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Fantastic House!

This house is so big and spacious! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. There are TV’s in all bedrooms and a giant tv in the living room. The kitchen has everything you might need. We very much appreciated the water, snacks, and coffee that were put out for us. The downstairs area of the home is completely separate from the top. It has a game room with lots of fun things to do. The kids room with bunkbeds was well loved by my grandson. We would definitely recommend this house and hope to stay again in the future. Thank you so much!

Wedding home base

Dionne was wonderfully responsive to all questions and requests. The property was clean, roomy and equipped with everything needed. It was the perfect place to use as our home base for our sons wedding. Being able to bring our dogs was an added bonus!!! Highly recommend renting this property.

Family Vacation

This property worked out great for our family! We were able to be together and still have room to break away. We enjoyed so many cool games, and it provided easy access to downtown and surrounding areas making it a great location! Dionne made us feel welcome with a sweet message, and everything was just as nice as it appeared in the pictures. It was clean, inviting, and comfortable!

Chattanooga Stay

Listing was exactly as described. Host was super responsive if there was any questions. Plenty of room for activities and definitely shower in downstairs if given the chance. The double shower head was a game changer. Would definitely come back again.
