Sitting on a hilltop against a wooded area with a creek, the views from Fryars' Green over our 135 acre farm and the Tennessee River are simply breathtaking. This property is a charming and tastefully renovated split-level rancher with five bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths. It includes a second large living area and a second kitchenette downstairs. Enjoy wood-burning fireplaces upstairs and downstairs and the outdoor fire pit. Enjoy a stroll on our miles of walking paths along the river and through the woods, bring your kayak for a paddle. The house was able to house us. It was older and had age issues but was clean. The location next to the Tennessee River is gorgeous! Lots of fields for the children to run and play along with sheep and goats grazing nearby is delightful. The location is extremely relaxing and scenic. The house was clean and had plenty of room for a large family. The kitchen is very spacious and well laid out. I would absolutely consider this location for a future stay in the area. We had plenty of room for 4 generations to spread out and enjoy the property. Easy access to all the conveniences of the city with the peace, quiet and open space of the country.
