Biohazard Cleaning Fee: For health and safety, a $100 cleaning fee will apply if vomit, fecal matter, blood, or other bodily fluids are documented by the cleaners on floors, bedding, furniture, or in common areas. We will take care of cleaning, however we do ask you do the following: Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start them Place any trash or recycling in the appropriate trash cans outside We offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs. After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs. NOTE: Any damages to the home will result in additional charges. Lastly, while we have regular and excellent pest control, our climate can provide the conditions for an occasional bug sighting. The property was just what we needed for a quick 48 hour trip to Chattanooga. The location was fantastic, making it so easy to walk to lots of fun places on the North Shore. Had a wonderful time here to walk around Chattanooga! Home was perfect size for 2 people, cozy, comfortable and very well appointed! The host was very easy to work with and on the ball. I thought our beds were also extremely comfortable. Slept great. This is a great place for a few nights for a family. It would be really great for two people. We really enjoyed our stay in the north shore neighborhood in Chattanooga. The cottage was very nice and actually was very peaceful. We were only a few blocks from good restaurants and Coolidge park. My wife and I had an amazing time! It is perfectly located within the heart of the city and walking distance to nearly everything you could think of.
