Payment Processing & Cancellation Policy Notice Please note: Because we manage multiple properties, VRBO requires us to use our own payment processor. As a result, all payments for this reservation are processed securely through Stripe, not directly by VRBO. Your total reservation cost is divided into two payments: The first payment is processed immediately at the time of booking The second payment is automatically processed 30 days prior to arrival If your booking is made within 30 days of arrival, both payments will still be processed on the day of booking. All charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement as Yellow Door Vacation Rentals. This payment structure is a requirement established by VRBO for professional vacation rental companies and is not optional. Biohazard Cleaning Fee: For health and safety, a $100 cleaning fee will apply if vomit, fecal matter, blood, or other bodily fluids are documented by the cleaners on floors, bedding, furniture, or in common areas. We will take care of cleaning, however we do ask you do the following: Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start them Place any trash or recycling in the appropriate trash cans outside We offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs. After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs. NOTE: Any damages to the home will result in additional charges. Lastly, while we have regular and excellent pest control, our climate can provide the conditions for an occasional bug sighting. If you do spot a bug we will send pest control back out as quickly as possible, but please note that we do not provide refunds based on this. Four friends in our 60s visiting for an event. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to navigate to downtown. Thrift stores, The Daily Ration for breakfast (at the end of the street…could have walked!). Very clean and everything was exactly as described. The neighborhood is nice and convenient to the downtown area and all access roads. ##### Cathy B. Having two king size beds was great! There are also tvs in each bedroom and the living room. I loved the location. Just a few minutes from Coolidge park, and just a few more to downtown. There are also some great restaurants within walking distance (The Daily Ration for brunch and a Tavern for dinner). ##### Jonathan C. The house is exactly as described, and very clean. The beds were really comfortable and new. Despite the construction across the street, it was very quiet at night for sleeping, and they didnt start uptill 9\. would definitely be back am. ##### Meghan G. This apartment was wonderful! The host was easy to contact and very friendly! We had every modern convenience inside and it was spacious and clean. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus, too! We had everything we needed, and plenty of room for our party of four. We were well within range of everything we wanted to visit, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the atmosphere was bery cozy. Very close to downtown Chattanooga with great restaurants and unique shops. She doesn’t street park well so having the driveway and garage is huge and a rare find in North Chattanooga! The location was perfect and the home was absolutely adorable. She said it was comfortable, cozy and well stocked. She loved walking around the neighborhood and being so convenient to restaurants. This home was the perfect place for us to rest in the evenings as well as go through what we had learned that day. Super clean and gorgeous details. Perfect kitchen for eating in if we didn't want to eat out. Lots of steps to get into, but that was clear in the listing.
