Please help keep our community beautiful by picking up after your pets! \-Absolutely NO smoking inside the home or the balcony area. If you do smoke please step outside of the first floor and do so away from the home and throw away any trash outside. Any evidence of smoke inside the home will result in termination of your reservation with no refund, and an immediate $500 charge plus the cost of remediation. We offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs. After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs. Lastly, while we have regular and excellent pest control, our climate can provide the conditions for an occasional bug sighting.
