Location is great, house is charming but it is dirty. If you can’t overlook cobwebs and crusted food, don’t stay here. We cleaned the dishes we wanted to use and just hand washed after every meal. Me, my wife, toddler, and baby stayed here and it was perfect for us. I think some of the complaints are a little harsh on the property to be honest. I was hesitant because of the reviews, but the property exceeded my expectations. I can see where people are coming from on a cleanliness perspective, but it’s an old house. The location is excellent, safe neighborhood, two blocks from an amazing park and fun things to do. The house is older, but it had a home feel. I don’t think the place deserves anything less than 4 stars. I gave them 4 out of 5 because the owner was very responsive, the area is safe, and everything around the house like parks, bars, restaurants, were so close. I would highly recommend, but it is an older house and if you are looking for something more modern, it might not be a great fit for you.
