Port district. Le Soleil Couchant residence. 1 km from the market. On the seafront, on the 1st floor of a secure residence, a comfortable studio apartment for 2 people comprising: \- independent entrance, open-plan fitted kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.), living room with sofa bed, flat-screen TV, stereo system, folding dining table, wardrobe. Access to a balcony with breathtaking views of the beach, the ocean, and the islands. Sleeping area with a 140 cm sofa bed and bedside table, shower room, and separate WC. One private parking space in the basement. The residence offers direct access to the beach; a truly beautiful location! The price includes the booking fee (€24 incl. VAT).
