Located on Boulevard Georges Clémenceau, this house is ideal for spending quality time with family.
This 80m² house has two floors and a basement the same size as the house.
The ground floor comprises an entrance hall leading to the living/dining room with a large, fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Amenities include a multi-function microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, and ceramic hob. A bedroom (with a double bed), a large shower room, and a toilet complete this raised ground floor.
Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with a double bed.
On the garden level, there is a large playroom, a space with a sink (summer kitchen style), and a laundry room.
The enclosed garden provides a safe and secure space for children to play and for parking several cars.
The price includes the booking fee (€24 incl. VAT).

super maison bien équipée, intérieur rénové recemment, proche des commerces, 10 mn à pied, 15 mn de la plage possibilité de garer plusieurs voiture sur le terrain de la maison
Maison agréable bien remise à neuf et spacieuse avec de la place pour le rangement, grande salle de bain, climatisation au 1er niveau (salon, cuisine et une chambre), de la place pour stationner plusieurs voitures. Petit inconvénient si on veut manger sur la terrasse qui se situe au niveau du sous sol et qui n'est pas d'un accès rapide et pratique par rapport à la cuisine qui se trouve au 1er niveau de la maison.
