The apartment is located on Cours du Maréchal Juin on the 2nd floor of a secure building with an elevator. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a toilet, and a living room with a lounge area, dining area, and open-plan kitchen. Upstairs, you will find: \- a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a flat-screen TV \- a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) \- a third bedroom with two single beds (90cm). There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet. You will enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean and the islands (Oléron, Aix, and Ré), perfect for admiring magnificent sunsets. A private outdoor parking space is included in the building. The price includes all bed linens, towels, and kitchen linens. The price includes the booking fee (€24 incl. VAT). The proportional tourist tax is extra. Cleaning is optional: €90. BOOKINGS ON OUR WEBSITE ARE ONLY ACCEPTED FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.
