Son balcon permet de profiter du soleil (sud-est) et de se détendre afin de passer de merveilleuses vacances tout en ayant une petite vue sur la mer. Remise et retour des clés sur La Rochelle. Les Plus de cette location à la mer : Appartement spacieux pour 4 personnes avec accès au parking collectif au pied de la résidence. Plage et centre aquatique à proximité. Ménage inclus.
