Superbe appartement mais quelques couacs pour l’accueil et l’arrivée avec l’agence Foncia

L’accueil : manque d’informations sur l’accessibilité du logement dont le parking est accessible via une route fermée et piétonne entre 11h et 23h. Manque de bol pour nous l’ancien locataire était parti avec le badge ouvrant l’accès, on s’en est rendu compte que sur place, l’agence n’avait pas vérifié… cela nous a causé des problèmes d’organisation durant 2 jours car trop peu de place dispo en extérieur et loin de l’entrée de l’immeuble (compliqué pour les courses). L’appartement : malgré un manque de propreté des sols et plans de travail, l’appartement est bien situé à proximité de tout avec un accès piscine et une superbe vue sur la mer. Dommage que l’arrivée ait terni notre séjour car l’appartement est vraiment top.
