  • Superb recent accommodation in the heart of the old town of Châteauroux with panoramic views, 60m2 terrace, extremely well equipped for 2 or 4 people. 2 minutes from restaurants and shops and yet in absolute calm. 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 high-end Rapido sofa bed in the living room.

    This accommodation is a Furnished Tourist accommodation, it is rated 4 stars in 2026
    Ideally located in the heart of the city and yet perfectly quiet you will reside in a comfortable place steeped in history.

    There are 2 public car parks in the immediate vicinity free of charge from 6pm to 8am.
    Free parking rue Petite du Palan.
    The car park Place de la Victoire et des Alliés is guarded because it is located in front of the entrance to the prefecture!

    A huge terrace of 60m2 lined with bamboo is equipped with a living room to eat and enjoy a panoramic view of the city!

    For your comfort we can make the beds, the option is 12€/bed made on request and the set of towels 7€/pers.

Apparemment avec grande terrasse pour profiter du beau temps et de soirées sous les étoiles, idéalement situé dans le vieux Châteauroux, très proche des restaurants et du quartier animé de la vieille ville. Aussi très proche des espaces verts et de l'Indre. Très propre et avec tous les conforts. Excellent.

SuperLa situation à proximité du centre ville de Châteauroux dans la vieille ville est un atout majeur 'les équipements étaient de qualité.L'aménagement était moderne et cosyLa grande terrasse avec une vue imprenable à 180 degrés était très bien équipée également.Tout ça dans un cadre très calme.Excellent contact avec l'hôte.Ce logement dépasse la note de 10/10
