Dans son jus mais parfaitement entretenue. On voit que les propriétaires l’utilisent et elle est complétement équipée. Très lumineuse et avec une vue splendide sur toute la vallée et le Puy de Dôme. Piscine de bonne taille et très propre. Dans le jardin, soleil et ombre au choix toute la journée. Dans le village il y a une supérette bien assortie, mais faites attention aux fruit, ils ne sont pas toujours frais !. Tous commerces à moins de 5 min en voiture.
