"The breakfast buffet was better than I expected. They changed the menu a bit day after day, but you can expect eggs, potatoes, cereal, waffle makers, juice, oatmeal, sausage, etc. Just a word to get to the buffet early cause it gets busy.
The facilities themselves are very well.kept. everywhere is clean. The pool is a bit small, but was still enjoyable. The ROM has a modern feel and looks new. Service overall was great.
The hotel is located right at the entrance to Chinatown and is a short walk to the waterfront and old Montreal."
"The room was small compared to other hotels, however it was all you need and roomy for 2 people. The bed was very comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean. We were able to walk to Old Montreal, St. Catherine street, Mount Royal etc very convenient location. (We like to walk). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The one thing we really appreciated was you needed to use your key to enter the hotel after hours. The breakfast was the same for the 5 days we were there. It was all you needed but would like to have had different options like a waffle batter and iron, but Like i mentioned what was served is all you need. The only other thing (I'm sounding picky) a vending mention on every other floor. I didnt think there was one until I seen it on the last day. It is located around the corner from the lobby. They were able to keep our luggage after we checked out in a secured room. Very well organized. Overall this was a very friendly, clean hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel. Great job. "
"Everything was great. Easy access to every where. Connected to Metro and Via rail. Very friendly staffs, nice surprise for our anniversary. Very clean and comfortable room and bed. It was our second time we stay in this hotel and very happy to choose it again."
