"チェックイン前日に来るはずだった案内メールが届かず、フロント玄関の鍵が開けられない状況になった。たまたま、他のチェックイン客が開けてくれたので館内に入ることは出来た。 2度目の投宿で要領は分かってはいたが、鍵の開錠ができない、というのは想定外であった。その場で電話で前述の件を伝えたが「ああ、ごめんなさい」程度の反応で落胆した。館内の清掃、部屋の準備を含めて、Value for moneyだとは思っているが、案内メールの発信は毎日確認するべきだと思う。次回も利用させてもらいたいが、ぜひ改善をお願いしたい。"

"Staying here for 4 nights, room is spacious and exactly as on the photos. Kitchen is well equipped, there is balcony in the photo but is locked and not allowed to access. The toilet seat is not a Japanese style one, shower pressure is weak. There is a 2 in 1 washer and dryer. WiFi is bit slow too. Free parking is a plus. "駐車場も広く、部屋も全て清潔でした。リビングも広く一棟貸切ということもあり、子供もある程度騒いだり走り回っても　他に滞在している方がいないので気持ち的にも余裕が持てました。また、コロナ禍ではこの様なホテルが神経質にならずにのんびりできるのではないかな。。一つ残念だったのは、宿泊日や滞在中に問い合わせたい事があり施設先に連絡したが一度も出ていただけず、対処に時間がかかった。別経由での連絡でもホテル側と連絡とれず、問題が解決できなかった。その部分のみ残念でしたが、他はとても快適に過ごすことができました。何かあった時ように、連絡がつく電話番号などあれば良いと思います。また利用したいです。"

"Our stay at Sunset Beach Hotel was amazing! The location was perfect, close to the beach and American Village. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and beds were comfy! We would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel was extremely nice, especially for the price. My wife and I loved how spacious the room was and really enjoyed the layout. We stayed in a Comfort Room with double beds and a washing machine, which was very convenient. The only thing I wish the room had was a coffee maker. There was a hot water kettle and coffee cups, but surprisingly, no coffee or tea packets were provided. The air conditioning also did not get the room quite as cold as I would have liked, but it was still comfortable. The food and drinks at the hotel restaurant were also very good. Overall, we had a great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel!"
