Only issue was that despite receiving multiple emails from the hotel in the run up they waited until post the cancelation time to inform us our room was on the third floor, with no lift! Felt like they had not mentioned this before, whilst we could cancel, on purpose. Fortunately only a one night stay, but with bad knees we had to limit the time spent in the room."
