About this property

Belmont Carriage House

  • Look out onto Monticello from the Carriage House in the Belmont neighborhood. Enjoy 800 sq ft of independent living space, including a full kitchen, full washer and dryer, and spacious living room and bedrooms. The Carriage House is in walking distance of C'ville's historic Downtown Mall, downtown Belmont, IX Art Park, and is 1 mile from UVA (if the wind is right, you can hear the football game!).

    Spacious and private personal 2 bedroom apartment with large additional sleeping loft, 1.5 baths, a full kitchen, and washer and dryer. The living room has an electric fireplace for cozy tv watching. The main bathroom has a double vanity with a marble counter. The second bedroom has 2 foldaway beds and a desk for longer term guests to use as a flexible space.

    Early check in and late check out is available; just send me a message letting me know your interest!
