We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and cozy and the location couldn’t have been better. Quick drives to multiple parts of town and just a lovely neighborhood to stroll around.
Great Condo! The location was everything. I was pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness of the condo and off street parking. I would stay here again!
Only complaint is check out time at 10 am is too early. Should at bare minimum be 11 like hotels. Loved the amenities for us like a pitcher of filtered water, coffee and creamer etc. Great location, close to most everything and quiet neighborhood. Communication with the owner was prompt. Would definitely recommend.
The condo was very clean and in an amazing location! Easy to check in! The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. The king bed was super comfortable! The condo is in an older building and had a slightly musty smell but we didn’t notice it after a day. Overall it worked out great for our visit!
The apartment was perfect - very clean with everything that we could need. Parking was included, the location was perfect - close to everything, and the layout was nice. The beds were very comfortable and the outside porch was nice for morning coffee. I will definitely rent here again as my son now lives in Charlotte!
Owners are fantastic, left snacks and drinks for us all when we arrived. Very clean as well.

Great Place to Stay!!
We had a wonderful visit to Charlotte made even better by our delightful stay at our furnished apartment at Magnolia Green. The location was ideal and the apartment had everything we wanted. We will definitely stay there when visiting in the future.

Beautiful apartment and the hosts thought of everything-left snacks, breakfast, and drinks! The neighborhood is beautiful and near many great restaurants and shops. We loved Charlotte and will be back soon!
The owners did a great job with all aspects including the "treats" available upon checking in to the property for the first time....nice touch guys! Great location with many restaurants and shopping options close if not walkable. Would stay here again with no hesitation.

Spacious two bed room two bath condo with all the convienances of home
We stayed for three nights and were very pleased with the accommodations. Everything was clean and the owners made sure we had a very comfortable and inviting stay. The location is walking distance from the grocery which made the use of the kitchen a snap.
Wonderful location, quaint hood and Southern charm!
We had the most wonderful stay! Close to restaurants and shopping - and a 40 minute walk to the stadium! There is an adorable tavern only a 4 minute walk away. The condo is special and comfortable - fits 4 perfectly. Fantastic neighborhood and Charlotte experience!

Perfect Location
This was a weeks stay for 4 ladies that love to antique, shop, and sight see. Our location and accomidations were just great! The kitchen was stocked for the first night and breakfast the next morning, what a pleasant surprise. The owner was so helpful with all his local information.
We really enjoyed our stay and would most definatley stay again.

We enjoyed our stay! So close to everything!
We really enjoyed our stay. We came to attend an opening at Ciel Gallery in SouthEnd. This nicely decorated apartment was very close to restaurants and shops and galleries. The owners are so thoughtful and left a lovely welcome package for us. Lots of snacks and toddies. We will most definitely stay with this group when we come back to town!
A little late posting this review, but I was genuinely surprised by the quality of service offered at this VRBO. A friendly host and attention to details made my stay incredible. I'll definitely be re-booking if I find myself in this area again.

Beyond Expectations!!
All I can say say is "WOW!" The property, location, and ammenities were impeccable! Not only is the property close to public transit, but also great local restaurants and shops! I booked the property for a business convention in downtown, but Iam planning my next vacation so I can stay here!

Beautiful, clean and perfect location!
Wow, talking about Southern Hospitality! This place was perfect! The landlord Charlie, thought of everything. The location is great, the condo is very open and cozy with very comfortable beds. Charlie thought of everything to make sure the stay is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. I will definitely stay here again.
