I made a complaint in the front office regarding my brand new jacket burned by their iron and the front desk person told me I wasn’t the only one making the same complaint and no one ever called me back, My jacket still had its price tags. To top it off the front desk person when taking my complaint put me to the side because he had to check in a customer even though I was there first. No customer service. It was not a good experience.

Everything was great! Until they charged me 170$ for the incidental, I called them in advance to see how much it was and they told me on the phone it was only 100$. Just a big heads up on double checking pricing before your stay.

We stayed at this facility for 4 nights and upon checking in I was asked if I wanted housekeeping to come daily or every other day. I told her every other day but no one came until the last day we were there, and it was at 6PM! We told them never mind of course. I also was told that someone would come the prior day and they never did. I tried calling the front desk and housekeeping and no one answered. The friendliest staff was the nice gentleman that came twice to fix the broken toilet. He was great, but my overall experience was a poor one.
