Happily Ever After Charming Basement Apartment...
Come make our delightfully charming walkout basement apartment your home away from home. Come and wind down in our over 1400 sq. ft. basement loaded with pool table, beautiful walk-in shower, newly added custom wet bar/kitchenette ,and amazingly decorated patio topped off with basketball goal! Come and be a part of our Happily Ever After.
One item to consider... we do have children and live above the apartment. Please keep in mind that you may hear some footstep.
The space
The space comes with an extra comfy king sized bed fit for the king/queen you are. There are also two full-sized convertible sofa beds and an air mattress if needed. Come in and out as you please with your own private entrance equipped with an entry keypad. Their is plenty of space in the living room to set up a pack and play. Pack and play and other baby equipment available upon request.
