Welcome to our spacious and newly renovated farmhouse style retreat! The space features two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located in a peaceful residential area of South Charlotte. This gem is conveniently located less than 1 mile from Quail Hollow Country Club (PGA), a short drive to South Park Mall and 25 minutes from Charlotte Douglas International Airport. It is also easily accessible from I-77 and I-485.

Very convenient location

This apt is in a great neighborhood just 2-3 miles from the restaurants and shopping in South Park. It was very clean and comfortable. The owner was very quick and responsive! I would certainly stay here again!

Easter Weekend in Charlotte

Spent Easter Weekend visiting our adult sons in Charlotte. This unit was in the perfect location. We cooked a couple meals ahead and kitchen had all the supplies needed to enjoy our meals. Unit was clean, quiet and well appointed. Thanks for ensuring we had a weekend filled with family, fun, Easter Mass and great accommodations!

Great location, freshly and tastefully redecorated with high end finishes, all new flooring, beautiful quartz counter tops and vanities, and new furniture. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with. We recommend this property!

Nice comfy place!

The place was spacious & open with bedrooms on opposite ends with bathrooms adjoining. A nice feature. The refrigerator had ice with no water dispenser, but the host had a large water dispenser from a store inside the fridge. (6 gallon? maybe?

PROPERTY was double booked -- we were stranded

When we arrived at night and ready to settle in, we found that someone else was already staying there. This person booked the apartment after us through a different platform. She gave us the phone number of the property host, and he was apologetic but unable to fix the problem other than suggesting other condos in the general vicinity. We were stranded at night with nothing more than a refund and some links to other properties to possibly check out.It was late, we were hungry and tired and this was a really huge hassle and disappointment. If you book this property, inquire with the host if the property is still available before traveling.This site is requiring me to rate the cleanliness, but we didn't stay so we don't really know. It looked fine.
