Outstanding staff. nice room and view of the city. My only complaints was that we stayed on the 17th floor and at that time it was only one elevator in operation so it made it for long wait to either going down or up.

I would differently recommend staying at this hotel. I received excellent hospitality from the time I arrived with valet parking to the staff at the hotel. I was able to check in before 3pm with no questions asked! The breakfast was good and I was impressed that they had turkey sausage on the breakfast menu especially since I don’t eat pork.

It is conveniently located across the street from a great diner. We didn’t use the amenities, but they looked nice. We did buy drinks & snacks in the hotel store. It had an adequate selection. There was a non slip mat to use in the bathtub which was nice to have. One person in our party had coffee from the continental breakfast and said it was good. If we find ourselves in Charlotte again, we would definitely stay here again. One of our party had stayed there before for a Hornets game and he recommended.

The staff was very helpful,the valet attendants are fantastic,we had 2 rooms and 1 room AC was not working properly, bathroom doors stuck and were a pain to open and close. Roof top pool was fantastic for 3 feet deep,outside fire place was great to sit by and night next to pool. The breakfast was fantastic and filling. The down side of it was the pay for parking at about $50 a night. Great location in town .

We were in town for a concert at the arena next door. We could not have asked for a better location. The arrival was great with very helpful valet. The facility was very clean and well maintained. The only complaint was that one of the two elevators was down for maintenance. This made for very long waits for an elevator before and after the concert with the number of people staying there and the very high floor numbers.
