Jim was a phenomenal host and thought of everything! The home was spotless and beds were comfortable! I loved the personal touch, the thoughtful texts, emails and suggestions. Within walking distance of a street car and very convenient to explore the city. Fully equipped kitchen with cooking supplies and some ingredients… so welcoming we decided to stay home and cook instead of dining out sometimes. Although we never met Charlie in person he was an amazing host with complimentary surprises at the home. On our next visit to Charlotte, we know exactly where we’re staying! ##### David J. It is spacious and well appointed, presenting a mix of urban chic with old southern charm. The back, screened-in porch was by far my favorite place.
