Stay was excellent and the front desk staff was super friendly and helpful.
I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable experience. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit, making check-in and everything else smooth and stress-free.
One of the highlights was the outdoor area—it was a nice, relaxing space to unwind after a long day. The location was also very convenient, especially being close to the outlets, which made shopping easy. Parking was good as well, with plenty of space available.
Overall, a great stay and I would definitely consider coming back.
Overall the property is really nice! It’s clean, walking distance to the mall, and quiet. My only complaint is I, as well as other patrons waited around 15 minutes for someone to show up to the front desk the morning I checked out. There was no phone or bell or any way to contact whoever was supposed to be there. Staff member was nice and apologized for being absent.
The staffing for Breakfast Bistro is only 1 person so the wait is longer. Very friendly and the food is fresh.

Everything was clean and well kept.. just not enough towels and washcloths. Also, shower pressure wasn’t good at all.. the temperature of the hot water wasn’t either. Friendly staff tho..
