I was impressed by this hotel. The prices were really low in comparison to others; however, the amenities were definitely on par with more pricey properties. The breakfast was good, the airport shuttle was swift, and check-in was easy. I’ll stay here again.

TERRIBLE. Room was disgusting. FIVE crawling live bugs in the bathroom. Carpet was more stains than clean. Bedding was stained. I barely slept and was fully clothed and with a hoodie so I didn't touch anything. Thankfully had my own pillow. No way I would have ever taken a shower there. Staff were friendly. Shuttle to airport was handy but breakfast didn't start until 7 and I had to leave at 6:45 and there wasn't even fruit or a granola bar or coffee. Do not recommend at all.

The staff were very helpful. The property needs maintenance as the ceilings had evidence of water damage and the carpets were coming undone at the seams. There were a number of unhoused persons in the area and the back entrance to the property was blocked funneling all traffic to one ingress/egress.

The room was clean, but trash was left in the bathroom waste basket. We had no problems with the Wi-Fi. I don’t care for the cable TV. We found out that the phone was not working. The night manager helped to get that working. I called to the. The desk at 8 PM, but was put on hold for 10 minutes just to find out how to work the shower handle in the bathroom. The room was listed as accessible, I wanted a walk-in shower because my husband is blind and I was working with the broken foot. Accessible means the bathroom is a shower not a tub. The breakfast was fine. The staff that we interacted with gave us five stars service.

I do not recommend this location. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, but unfortunately, the overall condition of the facility was disappointing. The chairs had holes in them, the shower curtains were ripped, and the towels felt overused. The carpets also did not appear to be properly cleaned. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance need significant improvement. I appreciate the welcoming staff, but the facility itself needs better upkeep.
