I went with a friend in september and when we got to our room there was someone who wasnt supposed to be in there. We went to the desk to ask for a refund and the guy said it would be back in my account within 3-5 days. It's been over a month and I havent heard anything.

It was terrible. I didn’t even stay the night. I left my key around 8:30 pm and never came back. Not only was I afraid but I had men to knock on my door and offer me illegal drugs and ask me if I was for sale.

The man at the front desk who helped us very helpful and very nice will definitely give him a five star rating. The room is however we’re so infested with roaches that I could not even stay in the room also there was police activity there almost all night long

We didn’t like that people were banging on the door all hours of the night, sheets were dirty, no towels in the bathroom to shower, we felt unsafe stayed there 1 night tried to get a refund for the rest of the nights they refused overall a terrible experience.
