"I appreciate the staff setting us up with playpen for our baby! I also appreciate the hospitality we received during every interaction. The one thing that I did not enjoy was the bed/mattress. It caved in the centre and was very soft. This made some nights uncomfortable unfortunately."

"Love the location. Staff was friendly. However, our room needed to be dusted. This is the 2nd time staying here. Had the same problem before. Like thick dust on phone,which didn't work by the way. The biggest downside was no microwave in the room! Then we had to go to the 16th floor to get ice."
