"Our stay was HORRIBLE. 2/3 elevators were broken which led to long lines. Check-in is on the THIRTEENTH floor so it’s not like we could take the stairs. There’s a long line going out of the door for the one working elevator. Waited forever. Going to check in, we were told they were still getting ..."

"I had a great experience. I was in town for a concert at the Spectrum arena. The hotel is a convenient walk to the arena. The breakfast was great! The staff were friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again and would recommend it to friends."
