- Welcome to Unit #354—your charming and spacious two-bedroom waterfront retreat, perfect for a relaxing getaway in downtown Charlevoix. This unique condo features vaulted ceilings and beautiful wood floors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The main level includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed, while the enclosed loft offers a king-size bed and its own charming “princess” balcony. With two full bathrooms featuring walk-in showers, there’s plenty of comfort and convenience for your group. The living room also includes a queen-size sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests.
The open-concept living space includes a well-equipped kitchenette with a drawer-style mini fridge, two-burner stovetop, dishwasher, and microwave—ideal for preparing light meals. The layout is both functional and cozy, perfect for gathering and unwinding.
Enjoy beautiful waterfront views from the balcony or take advantage of the bonus window to watch boats sail in and out of Round Lake—an ideal way to relax and take in the scenery.
Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo offers prime drawbridge views and a central downtown location.
