Relax in this beautiful condo on Lake Charlevoix!

  • Relax and unwind in this beautiful second floor condo located directly on Lake Charlevoix at Foster Boat Works. This unit offers one bedroom with a queen size bed and smart tv and one bathroom with walk in shower. The perfect space for 2 people! Unit offers a fully equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, toaster/convection oven/air fryer, full sized refrigerator, a Keurig Duo coffee maker, and a hightop dining table with 2 barstools.

    Enjoy the relaxing view from the private balcony overlooking Northwest Marine Yacht Club and Lake Charlevoix. The recently renovated lake side pool is a great place to spend an afternoon! Complex includes access to clubhouse with onsite coin op laundry facilities. BBQ grills and fire pits located on the premises.

    Take a short walk to Ferry Beach where you can enjoy the sandy beach and crystal clear water of Lake Charlevoix. Kayak and stand up paddle board rental located directly on the beach. Volleyball court, basketball courts, ice cream and food trucks are also available.

    This unit is located one mile from downtown Charlevoix where you will find small town boutiques, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Follow the path at the drawbridge to South Pier Lighthouse which also leads to the best place to catch a Lake Michigan Sunset. So many adventures await! Petoskey/ Charlevoix stone hunting, Mushroom House Tours, a tour of Castle Farms, biking and hiking trails, a catamaran sailing trip with Sunshine Charters or just a relaxing day on the beach- The list goes on! Charlevoix is located a short drive from Petoskey, Bay Harbor, Boyne City and the world famous Torch Lake!

Wonderful

Everything was great: communication, location, condo design, amenities, and all! It was just right for what I needed and a real pleasure. Public beach is just a couple minutes walk away. Beautiful town and terrific place to stay!

Amazing time.

Condo was amazing. The place was everything we needed and overlooked the lake with all the boats. It was near downtown, which we had a great time down there with all the restaurants and little shops. Will definitely book again.

Perfect space for 2

The condo was very clean, cozy and well stocked. It had a beautiful view. Kim was an incredible host and responded very quickly to our questions. We appreciated that it wasn't in the madness of town, but town was still within walking distance. We definitely plan to stay again.

Wonderful stay for two!

We enjoyed every moment of our stay! The condo itself was very clean, cozy and beautifully furnished with a fantastic lake view off the balcony. The location was perfect for everything you need to make an awesome up north getaway! We were just a few steps from a nice sandy beach and a short 5 minute drive to lake Michigan and downtown Charlevoix. Kim was an incredible host who was prompt with all communication and even provided recommendations for the area. We didn't want to leave and would highly recommend this condo to anyone interested in a true northern Michigan experience!

Perfect Relaxation Getaway

Property was exactly like the online listing. Views were amazing, and location was great! The owner Kim was extremely nice and helpful. She provided us with a personalized three page letter with ideas of places to eat and things to do while visiting the area. Kim also went out of her way to leave us with a fridge full of bottled water and snacks for when we arrived. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying here. We hope to be back again in the future.

Option for 2

The condo was clean, well appointed, safe, amazing view and perfect for a couple. The washer and dryer is actually a condo/marina laundry mat. You’ll need to have your quarters ready and be ready to take a short walk to it. The bed was the only piece of furniture I’d have to give a 3 out of 5 as far as comfort. In spite of the bed we would probably stay there again.

Relaxing, Laid Back Vacation

Beautiful view from our balcony watching boats move in or sail out, very nice pool just steps away, public beach was a few minutes walk, several food trucks/restaurants also a few minutes walk. Perfect size for the 2 of us.Kim was an amazing hostess. Her communication was top tier!
