Modern Farmhouse | Charlevoix Boyne Petoskey
- "Pincherry Acres" is the perfect Northern Michigan retreat. Centrally, located only 8 miles from Charlevoix, Petoskey and Boyne City. For the summer months enjoy the beauty of either Lake Michigan or Lake Charlevoix. In the winter, close to both Nub's Nob and Boyne. 20 minutes from Castle Farms, Walloon Lake, and 10 minutes to Bay Harbor.
This modern farmhouse (completely renovated) is located on 50 acres, you can enjoy the built in outdoor kitchen, a picnic on the top of the meadow or hike, snowshoe the many trails in the wooded forest. In the fall, outdoor sportsmen are welcome (with additional permissions). ATVs are welcome with a liability waiver.
You're welcome to explore the 50 acres however, this is a shared property so you may see other nature enthusiasts on the property.
