You can't ask for better response. They checked on us mid week to make sure everything was going well. Even though we rented a golf cart cart it close enough to wslk to the center of town amd the beach. The place could have used a good cleaning from the steps up the entrance to base boards. Folly is complete for a getaway, so we didn't have to travel to town a lot ... Our group was low 60 year old's, so the stairs (15 into condo, 17 upstairs - lol) kept us on our toes at times ... Condo was in good shape and fairly well equipped in all ways ... It was very nice to have a garage to park in away from weather and away from public eye ... Area is secluded and a short walk from the main drag for restaurants, etc. ... About a 15 minute walk to Pier, all through neighborhoods, so quiet. We definitely enjoyed the stay and would definitely look to stay here again if / when we visit again ... THANKS for the hospitality! ##### Dave H. Turtle Bay 16 is by far, the best townhouse. It's right next to the pool and fishing/crabbing dock. They have a commercial crab trap to use and we took advantage of it. Kids loved the fishing and crabbing. Center Street is only a few blocks away, as well as the beach. We will definitely stay here again next year. From MyOceanRental: Thank you for your review. The location is convenient to Center Street and we loved the water views from the decks. Sunsets were incredible! My son loved fishing from the pier and everyone enjoyed the pool. We cooked dinner several nights and found absolutely everything we needed in the kitchen-this is rare for a rental property! The King bedrooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The parking was a little tricky/narrow under the unit for our cars plus golf cart. Next time, we’ll leave the large SUV parked in the neighborhood nearby so we don’t have to jockey back and forth with the golf cart. We’d love to return! ##### Cate G. It is ideally placed on the backside of the island so it is quiet, with a sweeping view of marsh sunsets, easy walk to the beach with access to the community dock, for those in the group who enjoy fishing (we caught five different species of fish, including a keeper flounder caught by my two year old niece). Would definitely stay there again. The only problem we had was with the washing machine. It is a front load washer. When I opened the door to load laundry,the seal around the washer was mildewed. It had an excellent view and the beds were very comfortable! However, the parking was a major problem. The garage and carport were very tight and impossible for 3 cars to fit without the last one sticking way out, and you couldn’t get out of the car on both sides because it was so narrow. The apartment was on the corner which made it even more difficult to get in and out of the garage. None of this was mentioned in the description. When we arrived we couldn’t get the garage door to open. We had to call and request help, but he didn’t know the code either. We finally got in the house and had to go downstairs and open the garage door manually to get our cars inside, but we couldn’t unload them from inside the garage because it was too narrow. It was extremely inconvenient! Other than the parking issue, the apartment was very quiet and nice, and close to restaurants and the beach. We were able to walk most places without too much trouble. ##### Brenda M.
