Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.


🧳 Luggage Drop-Off:
For guests arriving early or departing late, complimentary luggage drop-off is available upon request, so long as the home is clean and empty the night before arrival or the night after departure. Please reach out 24 hours before arrival or departure to confirm availability.

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

We had a great stay. The property was clean and just as described. Although we didn’t use the kitchen it appeared to have everything you would need. The beds were comfortable and spacious. The only negative is the parking situation. There is one small space per unit and no available on street parking. We managed but I could see it being a problem if you have a large vehicle.

This property was centrally located. We were walking distance from many things. There was close free transportation. Accommodations were very comfortable and cozy. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms was a plus. We had a small vehicle so parking on site was perfect. We would stay again.
