The host was accommodating and home was comfortable. The only thing missing were TVs in the bedrooms and maybe some hooks/additional furniture in the smaller bedrooms for hanging/storing items.
Very happy with our stay at this property. Well stocked and clean. The location is also very convenient for walking to many restaurants and venues. Would stay here again!

The Pearl at Morrison Manor was just that - a pearl. Great location, plenty of room for 2 couples and a toddler, and a great coffee shop just around the corner. We had everything we needed and the folks living in the neighborhood were so nice. We loved our short stay and hope to return soon. Perfect getaway for us!

Stayed at this property for a girls trip! Great location, walkable to lots of restaurants and sites. Management was very responsive to a minor need we had. Place was bright and clean. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this property.
We enjoyed our stay - the property is within walking distance to the downtown area (not super close, so bring walking shoes!). Clean and updated, comfortable beds. Our only complaint was our upstairs neighbors were loud and we could hear them walking around when they came home at 2am…but otherwise we enjoyed our stay! Charleston is such an awesome place to visit.
This property was centrally located. We were walking distance from many things. There was close free transportation. Accommodations were very comfortable and cozy. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms was a plus. We had a small vehicle so parking on site was perfect. We would stay again.
Excellent experience. Check in and communication were great! Parking is tight, but did not present any real issue. Property is well maintained, clean, and appointed appropriately. It’s a decent walk to “downtown”, but the free bus is within a half mile stroll. Would definitely recommend!
Overall is was a lovely stay and appreciated how responsive the management company was. It was spacious and comfortable. Only feedback is that there was a really strong cleaning solution smell for several days and someone else kept parking on our parking spot. Bathrooms could use new shower liners (they were falling off) and a bit of a refresh (holes in the wall) I would also change out the Damprids as they were full!
We had a great stay. The property was clean and just as described. Although we didn’t use the kitchen it appeared to have everything you would need. The beds were comfortable and spacious. The only negative is the parking situation. There is one small space per unit and no available on street parking. We managed but I could see it being a problem if you have a large vehicle.
We enjoyed our stay and found the apartment proportions, decor, furnishings and supplies very generous. It was surprisingly quiet given units upstairs and hardwood floors and within walking distance of the visitor center and many of the city’s attractions and shops. Everything worked, plenty of hot water, good AC and lovely linens. Only negative - mattresses are a bit tired and compressed (divots). Great communication with the manager. Apartment was super. The property was very clean and bright. The very thing worked as it should. There was no wear and tear. Many VRBO properties have signs of defects, that was not the case here. i would highly recommend
Property is close to tons of restaurants and little cafes and bakeries. We had no one above us until the last night. You definitely can hear all noises walking around above you. But place was very clean, all amenities you need and more were there. The host was very nice and answers all your questions and is very accommodating. Highly recommend. Traffic and parking anywhere is a nightmare in the city so be prepared.
Family came into town for an early Christmas and this home was in a convenient location for everything we hoped to do in and around Charleston. The unit was spacious and great for what we needed. Parking was extremely tight as the host informed us of, but parking passes were provided if we elected to park somewhere other than the adjoining lot. We had issues with our door code working on the exterior door a few times but the host was always reachable via phone or text. The host was also accommodating and let us come back after check out and search for a lost wallet. It was a comfort to have such accessible support throughout our stay.
