Loved this location! It was close to so much great stuff to see and do. The room was very comfortable and quiet especially for being in the middle of a busy neighborhood. We would stay here again.
This was an amazing experience for my husband and I. We are total foodies and the location was the absolute best! The place was extremely clean and comfortable. Thank you so much for allowing us to experience Charleston!

Great location close to everything downtown. Parking in garage across the street $24 per day. Huge rooms. Connects to High Cotton. I'd definitely stay again
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was spotless, comfortable, and more than large enough for us. The location is prime - close to amazing restaurants, tours, the market, and the water. We felt comfortable walking around at night and enjoyed the beauty of Charleston.
We were very pleased with the condo. Clean and comfortable. The location was within a mile of everything we wanted to see and we didn’t have a car so it was perfect. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
We love to walk cities / neighborhoods to get a feel for the area. This location is easy walking access to all of the historic districts plus the water taxi dock.

Loved the location! We walked everywhere! The unit was very clean and comfortable. I loved the way the old warehouses were repurposed in to living areas. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I think having the valet parking was a great idea. I definitely would stay here again!
What a great find in the heart of Charleston's Historic District. With the bedroom and bathroom on the second-floor loft, and the kitchen and living room downstairs, this unit felt large and inviting. Tastefully decorated, super-clean and well maintained. The location in the Historic District was perfect for walking to so many great places and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!
Fantastic place to stay in Charleston. Especially if you would like to stay on foot. The location is so convenient. Property is as described. We had a great week here. Just research your plans for parking ahead of time so you aren’t surprised.
The condo/apartment is charming. Lots of room and a great location. A little noisy from activity in the alley, but never really noticed while sleeping so it was no big deal. I would definitely stay there again.
Staff was very friendly and helpful!! Location also has a nice drop off/unloading area in front of the building which was helpful. Room was clean and building even had a beautiful outdoor courtyard with tables and chairs, fountain, and cornhole!
Second time staying at the Lodge Alley Inn and this stay was even better than our first visit a year & half ago. We stayed in a 2-story loft unit and it was beautiful and very comfortable and spacious. Friendly staff. You can access the High Cotton restaurant from inside the resort near the check-in desk, which is very convenient. The only recommendation I would make is to change the beds to King size instead of Queen size. There is plenty of room for a King bed and is much more comfortable for couples.Ideal Location and walking distance to great restaurants and sightseeing.
I’ve stayed at Lodge Alley, Inn several times, this room was especially spectacular with a two story layout and full kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised. The location is the absolute perfect place, you are smack dab in the middle of everything, walking to anything, i never moved my vehicle!The courtyard is the perfect place to sit and destress after a long day of walking and touring.
