Step off the private front porch into the colorful open floor plan kitchen and dining space with a table that seats 8 and a large 60” flat screen TV preloaded with the most popular streaming apps. Directly above the fully equipped kitchen and dining area is the main living space on the second floor. The living area features a gorgeous statement wallpaper, exposed original beams, comfortable group seating and a second 60” TV, as well as a wet bar for added convenience. The home’s two ensuite bedrooms are individually designed with unique personalities and bold colorways that play off the Charleston aesthetic. The back bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a striking wallpaper and an ensuite bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combination. Upstairs, there is an additional king-sized ensuite with a single vanity and large walk-in shower. Both bedrooms ensure privacy for our guests by being on different floors! Outside, there are two seating areas to enjoy, in addition to the front porch.
