We had a great stay! The location was perfect….easy walk to King Street and lots of restaurants nearby. The property was exactly as described - very comfortable for our group of four!! We had a blast and would definitely come back. The property management was excellent - super responsive and checked in regularly to make sure everything was ok. Top notch! Highly recommend!
Communication, cleanliness, and amenities were all great! Five women all had their own space within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. It was an excellent trip!
We really enjoyed our stay, it was well appointed clean and well located. There were 5 adults and 3 children in our group, there was plenty of room for everyone and no one felt like they didn’t have a place. We were close to everything we wanted to do.mThank you for a lovely stay!
Took family visiting from Washington to Charleston for a couple nights. Everything in the 2nd and 3rd floor apartments were very clean, nicely decorated and had plenty of essential items. Appreciated the convenience of having so many restaurants within walking distance.
Would stay again!!
The house is great, lots of room, so if you have a group, it's great. Good kitchen. Bed are very comfortable. l Lots of stairs to get there. The parking is an issue, but the quaintness of the area is wonderful.
This property was as advertised. Perfect for a family. Communication with the property owners was fantastic. Any question we had they responded within minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!
Beautiful Historic Home close to downtown Charleston.
We loved out stay at this beautiful historic home. Every detail was gorgeous. Very comfortable beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was so clean and the hosts were very receptive to any need. Highly recommended!
Our party of 6 seniors enjoyed our stay very much. A couple of them have some difficulty with stairs, but made the best of it. My husband and I took the third floor and it was an adorable little apartment! Host is very responsive. Highly recommend!

Rest before cruise
It was nice beside the roach that was about 3 inches. Management said a palmetto bug but google says a palmetto bug is a roach. It was gross
Overall it was a great trip, the neighborhood was slightly different than I imagined and the kitchen area wasn’t as open as I pictured from the photos either. We had a place to get ready and my our heads at night so that was the important thing.

The property was great! The host gave great instructions on where to park and gave us some options about things in the area to do. Unfortunately, the rain wouldn’t let us be great so we couldn’t do much outside.
The beds were so comfortable. My daughter joked that she wanted to take a pillow with her because it was so comfortable lol.
The one thing I would say that I wish we would’ve known was that the stairs to the 3rd floor are very narrow and they are curved. Made sure to send the younger people upstairs to make sure everyone got up safely. The hallway to the 3rd floor was super warm and humid, but once you entered it was nice and cool and had more space than I thought it would!!
Overall, everything was great, everyone had their own little space and were comfortable.
My only flaw, and just an add to the write up would be that this place sleeps 9 comfortably. (13 with the pull out couch and the queen air bed in the family room. Just not very private.)
But awesome place. Fun times! Gorgeous details.
This is a beautifully appointed, charming quintessential Charlestonian home. It is walking distance to most places you will want to visit, however, pedicabs and Uber is readily available. Communication was awesome because Hurricane Ian decided to come our way. I had several very helpful and accommodating exchanges with the host. The home withstood the wind and rain beautifully with no power outages nor street or parking lot flooding. We were on the second and third floors. Note that the refrigerators are compact, there is no dishwasher, bring dishtowels, etc, and know that you may be sharing outdoor space and parking with other guests. I highly recommend the property.
We rented this home for our friends to stay for our daughter’s graduation. It was such a perfect Charleston- styled house. From the moment you walk up the steps it is an interior designers dream!
It was so nicely appointed with a large area to relax and have conversations.
The kitchen area has everything you could want w a little wine bar included.
The communication with the property management company and their response time was a “10”.!!! They answered immediately and went over and above to accommodate.
The location is close to downtown and very close to a coffee shop which worked out great in teh am!!
If I had anything negative to say , The only thing I would say is the steps coming in are quite steep so hopefully you are in great shape or have someone to carry your luggage up!! And the steps to the next floor are very narrow as well.
For our crew it was the perfect fit!!
My group loved the old charm of the house however with an older property comes signs of age. The house had an unknown issue that caused a smell that resembled cat urine. It would linger throughout the home in different areas at different times of the day. The covered porch area was hard to enjoy because it was slightly slanted which raised questions about its stability. Lastly there were the uninvited water bugs. After encountering 2 water bugs within hours of arriving, half of the guests booked hotels nearby, therefore our plans to gather with family and friends were derailed.
