During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. \*\*Parking Details:\*\* \- Guests can opt to pay $350/month for one spot in the Cumberland St parking garage which is abt 3 blocks or .2 miles from the property. \- If guest have another car, or wish to make other arrangements, they will need to find alternative parking. \*\*There is no parking at the property or on the street.\*\* \--- The room configurations are as follows: Primary Bedroom / King Bedroom 2 / Kinig \--- This is a smoke-free property. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties.
