The hotel was in an ideal location. We were there visiting our son who was in the hospital. The staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. We loved our room which had a balcony overlooking the river. We will definitely stay again.

Awesome location, unbelievably clean accommodations. Very friendly staff with a great breakfast, plenty of parking. Close to many food choices as well as downtown Charleston. We had a very comfortable stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The view was fantastic from our room and the breakfast was great. Eggs grits waffles yogurt and fruit. Everything you need. Got to give another shout out to Tiffani at check in. She is SUPER!!!

We were particularly glad for the shuttle service. The tub in our room was quite slippery (we are both elderly). We ended up putting towels on the tub floor to help us stay upright.

This hotel was amazing! Enough room for a family of 5. Clean pool and hot tub. Excellent breakfast. Snacks at night, cookies and welcome bag of snacks and water too! Loved everything! The shuttle was the highlight! Avis, Treyvon and Mark were fantastic. Very helpful, friendly, and accommodating! $7 all day service was a steal! Thank you also for cutting up a watermelon my son bought at a farm stand on our trip. 5 stars!!

The room was good but had a few issues. The couch was very hard while the beds were alright. The elevator was extremely slow, which was quite frustrating. The pool looked good but was small. The weight room looked the best, with lots of machines. Breakfast was alright, nothing special at all. Our room had a balcony without any chairs or table. The view was nice. We noticed some damage in the parking area, plaster or something falling off of the ceiling. Overall, we definitely overpaid for our room. It was not worth what we paid. We can't afford to go on many trips so overpaying for our stay was definitely a disappointment.
