This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

We had a lovely stay. This apartment is clean, quiet, and beautiful. We enjoyed being away from the hustle bustle of the city, but being close enough to pop in and out when we needed to. We found there were plenty of restaurants close to the place. Parking was super easy. The host was available if we needed- which we didnt! :)

Such a cute and clean place!!

This place felt very homey! A nice place to return too after a long day out exploring. If you bring a heavy suitcase, there are a couple sets of stairs to get to the upstairs unit. The bathroom was so spacious to get ready!

Clear and concise instructions for check in, check out, and stay. Loved walking to shops nearby for coffee and pizza. Beautiful areas nearby for pictures and sight seeing. The stay was exactly as described. Parking and drive way access for unloading and loading car was very easy. Would recommend!

We loved our stay here :)

Our stay here was great :) The unit was super cute and fairly close to things. The beds & pillows were comfortable, and the AC was nice & cool when coming back from being out in the heat. Would love to stay here in the Spring or Fall to really enjoy the balcony. Holy City Bagels is a great spot for breakfast & coffee, not too far of a walk from the house. We would highly recommend this place and would stay here again if we were to come back!

Adorable

Super cute home, love the decor! The weather was wonderful so the private patio was great ! Walking distance to restaurants and coffee houses. It’s super close to the medical center with occasional helicopter and sirens , but overall very quiet. Would book again!

Medical MUSC

Our stay was due to daily medical appointments at MUSC, and the location was ideal for walking. The rental was very neat, tidy and pleasingly decorated. I would recommend the rental for anyone who may have a family member at MUSC, and are in need of a place close by to stay.My only suggestion would be to maybe place a clock in bedrooms and living area for us “old fogies” that are not dependent on electronic Thank you yourpad for providing a wonderful stay.

Charming apartment

Cute and very clean apartment. A/C worked great. Nice neighborhood with lots of shops, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. 15-20 minute walk to historic district. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Management company sent an email checking to make sure everything was good during our trip. Would definitely stay here again.

True Southern Hospitality

We had an unfortunate accident at our home the morning we were leaving and the owners were very kind to work with us to move our trip up 1 day so we would be able to still have our vacation. The Owners also were so kind as to welcome us with a free bottle of wine and free delivery for the wine, cheese, and prosciutto to the residence. The area and the people are amazing. Truly make you feel like you are at home. We didn’t want to leave.. We have decided to make this a yearly family tradition. Thank You for everything! We appreciate you all!!

Great Girls Trip

This was a great little spot for our girls’ trip. It was difficult to find when we arrived in the dark, but once we did, we loved it. We came during the Christmas/New Year holiday, so the provided parking was super easy due to students being out of town. We were able to park right behind our building. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. You could technically walk to the historic sights and restaurants, but we drove down there because some of our group couldn’t walk that far and we didn’t feel comfortable walking back in the dark since we were a group of women. We all agreed we’d be happy staying here again if we return to this beautiful city.

Short week family vacation

This VRBO was very clean. Check in process was very easy. Multiple stairs to get into the rental. Kitchen was very small. Communication with the host was flawless! This property is not for the light sleepers, dogs, or babies the location was in a run down neighborhood next to a hospital with constant ambulance sirens and multiple helicopter(life flight) during our stay. Perfect for a place to sleep but would recommend somewhere else if you plan to spend anytime in the rental.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was excellent. It was clean and ready upon arrival. We had plenty of good quality towels, which I appreciate. It was a good location, about a mile walk to King St. We felt safe in the neighborhood and there were several cute, small cafes, with excellent food. The host frequently checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
